I’m drawn to yoga teaching through my love of movement, learning, and the ways we grow through experience. My work as a teacher trainer and retreat leader is guided by curiosity, care, and a heart-led approach that values both structure and spaciousness.

I began dance classes at the age of six and was introduced to yoga by my ballet teacher at eighteen — movement has long been my language. My teaching is rooted in Vinyasa yoga, emphasizing breath-led movement, thoughtful sequencing, and a balance of structure and creative flow. I’ve been teaching since 2016, and over the years my work has grown into leading yoga teacher trainings — including programs in India, Peru, and Mexico — as well as international retreats. Through my trainings, I support both aspiring and practicing teachers in developing confidence, authenticity, and clarity in their teaching. At the heart of my work is an invitation to explore what it means to flow freely and live fully — on the mat and in everyday life.

Alongside my yoga training, I hold a Bachelor of Education and spent several years teaching elementary school. This background strongly shapes how I design and lead teacher trainings. I’m deeply interested in how people learn, and I create trainings with intention and care — blending clear foundations with creativity, inquiry, and space for integration. I’m passionate about making complex ideas feel accessible, embodied, and immediately applicable.

My teaching style is warm, encouraging, and grounded. I emphasize clear and compassionate cueing, purposeful sequencing, and the art of creating meaningful class experiences. I believe that effective teaching isn’t about performing or perfecting — it’s about presence, awareness, and showing up authentically.

Through my teacher trainings, I’m committed to supporting teachers in feeling confident not only in what they teach, but how and why they teach — empowering them to lead classes that are thoughtful, inclusive, and rooted in lived practice.
