my yoga journey began when I was 15, thanks to an 8-week course my mom signed us up for. as someone who grew up playing soccer and running, yoga offered a new kind of balance—and I was immediately drawn to the strength and grace of the practice.
years later, while traveling through new zealand and indonesia, yoga became more than just movement. practicing wherever I was—even without a mat—helped ground me, and over time, my practice became a daily ritual.
in 2024, I completed my 200-hour vinyasa and hatha teacher training on a small island in spain. at first, it was meant to deepen my own practice, but during those quiet meditations I realized: yoga is a gift meant to be shared.
now, I’m honoured to teach and connect with this incredible community. I hope to hold space for others to breathe, move, and feel more at home within themselves.
