foundational yoga teacher training
july 12 — 26, 2026
our foundational teacher training is designed to build confident, capable teachers — not performers, not replicas, but skilled instructors rooted in presence, clarity, and integrity
the overview
the essence
this 200 hour yoga teacher training is a two week in-person immersion rooted in presence, clarity, and the art of teaching.
rather than training you in a specific style (or multiple), we focus on what matters most:
how to teach confidently, safely and authentically — with deep, practical knowledge & substance beneath every cue.
this is a foundational training. a place to learn how to teach, not how to pass as a teacher — because confidence comes from competence.
