I am drawn to the quiet, nourishing moments…the rhythm of the breath, the vibration of a simple mantra, the feeling of being fully supported at rest. Students are welcomed into this space of deep rest, devotion, and gentle self-inquiry. My classes are deeply restorative and often feature my voice, mantra, and sound healing instruments to support nervous system regulation and profound relaxation. These practices are less about achieving a pose and more about listening, softening, and learning from the body.

I am a Canadian mantra recording artist (Songs for Savasana, 2019; SHE RISES, 2023) and certified yoga teacher (RYT-1000) who has been teaching in London, Ontario since 2017. Like many, my path began with physical asana practice and gradually unfolded into meditation, chanting, yoga philosophy, and Bhakti Yoga, where my love of yoga and music merged through mantra and Kirtan.

My teacher training work is rooted in supporting and mentoring new yoga teachers. From 2018–2022, I served as a Training Assistant with Deva Tree School of Yoga, teaching and supporting students in advanced-level yoga teacher trainings, including Brenda McMorrow’s Bhakti Heart Fire Kirtan Academy (50 hours), Restorative Yoga Teacher Training (50 hours), and Advanced Anatomy (50 hours) with Misty Lucas. I am a YACEP-certified educator and now offer Yoga Alliance Continuing Education credits through my Bhakti Yoga retreats and workshops.
