i help students connect with their breath and explore movement through calming, grounding practices, creating space to find ease, inner peace and a little joy along the way.
movement and music have always been natural forms of expression for me. growing up with dance, i learned how moving the body can release tension, shift energy and tell a story without words. music deepened this connection, teaching me to listen closely and find harmony in expression.
while movement has always been a constant, my relationship with yoga has evolved over time. i returned to the practice at a pivotal moment in my life, ready to explore everything it had to offer. i began to appreciate yoga as both the movement my body needed and a way to connect more deeply with myself through mindfulness.
i completed my 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2025, followed by yin yoga training in 2026. next, i plan to continue my education with restorative yoga training, deepening both my teaching and my own practice.
sharing the practices that have enriched my life brings me so much joy. my intention is to offer a welcoming space where you can step away from the noise of daily life, explore what feels possible and connect with your breath—all while having a couple of laughs along the way!
