Through our Collective Trades program, you can swap your time for free classes, exclusive discounts on workshops and merchandise, and the chance to be more deeply woven into our community. This program is for those who can commit for at least three months and who are excited to support the studio in a meaningful way. If that’s you, we’d love to hear from you! want to become an instructor?

At &asanas, we’re always looking for teachers who embody yoga and pilates beyond the mat. Our collective is made up of open-hearted instructors who live their practice, support one another, and bring a wide range of talents and perspectives to the community.

While our current roster of yoga instructors is full, we run auditions and open hiring every summer. You’re welcome to submit a form anytime, but please note we only respond when we’re actively looking for new teachers. That said—we are currently looking for pilates instructors, and we’d love to connect if that’s you! Joining &asanas means becoming part of a supportive, values-driven team that encourages your growth and celebrates the eight limbs of yoga in all their depth.

Staff inquiries

At &asanas, all of our staff members start by being part of our Collective Trades program. This allows us to get to know you, see how you engage with our community, and give you a chance to immerse yourself in the studio.

If you’re interested in employment, please note that we only hire internally. You’re welcome to apply at any time, but we ask that all applicants are willing to participate in our Collective Trades program for at least one month prior to being considered for a staff role.
