a two part anatomy & asana workshop

join paige for a two-session series designed to deepen your understanding of how your body moves in yoga. over two saturdays, we’ll explore key anatomical principles, break down foundational shapes, and learn how to move with more clarity, strength, and ease.

each session will include guided discussion, interactive exploration, and plenty of time to ask questions. you’ll leave with practical tools to refine your practice and tailor movement to your unique body.

week 1 – january 10 – anatomy part 1 & flow mechanics

a deep dive into essential anatomy concepts and how they show up in flow-based movement, with a detailed breakdown of downward dog and related transitions.

week 2 – january 17 – anatomy part 2 & yogi’s choice

this session builds directly on week 1 and is shaped by you. after the first workshop, paige will check in to find out which poses, transitions, or areas of the body you most want to explore. she’ll then design week 2 around the group’s priorities, creating a personalized deep dive into the asanas that matter most to your practice.
