everyone deserves to feel safe in their own bodies. this phrase inspired my journey 2 years ago to pursue a path in somatic breathwork. in my own experience, cyclical and conscious breath became a resource in every moment i had access to, to meet the rising and passing of emotions that are faced with challenge.
supporting people in their reconnection to breath is to witness a collective consciousness find inner regulation and release. the other side of this is a state of inner harmony and presence.
witnessing, supporting and amplifying each person's expression through this life force continues to show me that by re-spiring, we are in-spiring life into our bodies, strengthening our capacity, and connecting to one of the many powerful limbs of yoga.
emotions in the body are a source of wisdom and worthy of connection to. I am full of thanks that I get to share this within and with the community at &asanas.
