I discovered yoga after graduating from university in 2017 and immediately fell in love with it. For the first time, I felt truly connected and at home in my body, which inspired me to enrol in yoga teacher training right away. I loved exploring the philosophies behind various styles of yoga and deepening my practice through meditation, breathwork, and physical postures.

In 2019, I trained as a Pilates instructor, which further boosted my confidence and deepened my understanding of anatomy and functional movement. I believe that both yoga and Pilates offer profound benefits, helping us feel more connected, balanced, and grounded in our lives. Additionally, I have completed training in pre and postnatal yoga, as well as older adult fitness. I enjoy working with people of all ages and from all walks of life, with the goal of helping you feel more connected to your body and life through foundational movements and mindful breathing.
