this immersive training explores the foundations and history of meditation, the science behind how meditation impacts the brain and body, and the essential skills needed to confidently guide others through practice. you’ll learn how to teach a variety of meditation styles, including breath awareness, present moment awareness, guided meditation, mantra, manifestation, loving kindness, and walking meditation.

throughout the weekend, you’ll develop your own teaching voice, learn how to write and lead guided meditations, and discover how to create meaningful meditation experiences for both groups and private clients. the training also includes practical guidance on building a meditation teaching practice or business.

this program is eligible for 25 continuing education hours through yoga alliance, though no prior teaching experience is required. whether you’re looking to become a meditation teacher or simply deepen your personal practice, this training is open to anyone with an interest in meditation.

Meet kelly
