Meet sean
I am an E-RYT 500 yoga instructor and educator with over 700 hours of training, a love for good music, and a wholehearted belief that yoga is for every body.
I’ve taught in some of Toronto’s most well-loved studios over the last several years, guided aspiring yoga teachers on their path, and created classes that blend Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, and Pre/Postnatal — all with a trauma-informed and radically inclusive lens.
Yoga taught me how to love and accept myself. Now, I’m here to hold space for others to feel that too — to remember that they are already whole, just as they are.
In my classes, you can expect thoughtful sequencing, moments of stillness, playlists that jump from Chappell Roan to Hozier to Sam Cooke, and a grounded, heartfelt vibe. Oh, and I’m also a mama to one very feisty toddler — so I’ve got a soft spot for chaos and grace existing side by side. Bring your whole self. I’ll be right there with you.
