meditation workshops (for families)

ages 0 to 6 group — join meditation teacher and author kelly smith for a playful 45-minute mindfulness and movement class designed for little ones and their caregivers. together you’ll explore gentle movement, breathing, and simple mindfulness activities that help children slow down, regulate big feelings, and begin building a foundation of awareness in a fun, age-appropriate way. each family will also receive a copy of kelly’s book meditation for the modern family to continue the practices at home.

ages 7 to 12 — in this engaging 45-minute class, meditation teacher and author kelly smith will guide kids through mindful movement and simple meditation practices designed specifically for this age group. through movement, breathwork, and approachable mindfulness techniques, kids will learn how to tune into their bodies, understand their nervous systems, and build tools to manage stress and anxiety. each participant will also receive a copy of kelly’s book meditation for the modern family to support their practice beyond the class.

session 1 — ages 0-6 — 12:30-1:15pm

session 2 — ages 7-12 — 1:45-2:30pm

each session limited to 25 participants

your investment: $50 (one adult + one child), additional children +$15
