this special 2-hour experience invites you to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with the wisdom of your changing body.

the first hour is finding the magic in menopause, a guided, conversational session that reframes menopause as a meaningful life transition rather than a problem to fix. we’ll explore what’s happening in your body, name what’s often left unspoken, and uncover practical ways to work with your hormones, nervous system, and energy—grounded in science, compassion, and lived experience.

the second hour is a deeply nourishing yin yoga practice led by marta lorusso, designed to support the nervous system, ease joint and connective tissue tension, and create space for integration and rest. expect long, supported poses, intentional stillness, and an atmosphere of care.

this session is for you if you are:

  • in perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause

  • curious about approaching this season with more ease and self-trust

  • ready to rest, reflect, and reconnect

ages 0 to 6 group — join meditation teacher and author kelly smith for a playful 45-minute mindfulness and movement class designed for little ones and their caregivers. together you’ll explore gentle movement, breathing, and simple mindfulness activities that help children slow down, regulate big feelings, and begin building a foundation of awareness in a fun, age-appropriate way. each family will also receive a copy of kelly’s book meditation for the modern family to continue the practices at home.

ages 7 to 12 — in this engaging 45-minute class, meditation teacher and author kelly smith will guide kids through mindful movement and simple meditation practices designed specifically for this age group. through movement, breathwork, and approachable mindfulness techniques, kids will learn how to tune into their bodies, understand their nervous systems, and build tools to manage stress and anxiety. each participant will also receive a copy of kelly’s book meditation for the modern family to support their practice beyond the class.
