join us on saturday, june 21st for an exciting celebration in honour of international day of yoga & national indigenous peoples day.
from 9:30am until 3pm there will be mocktails, cookies, goodie bags & even a raffle where you can enter for the chance to win a 1 year annual unlimited membership to &asanas! we will also be hosting a free yoga class at 12:30pm—this will be an all-levels hot yoga practice held in our golden studio & led by emily downs. all of our other regularly scheduled saturday classes will be running as usual!
