at 11pm, choose one of our three peaceful classes to move through the final hour of the year with intention. each class will guide you into stillness and presence as the clock counts down to midnight — a soulful, and celebratory way to ring in 2026. after class, we’ll share something bubbly and raise a collective toast to our community, our growth, and the year ahead.

we've created something magical for you — "yinassage" is a yin practice combined with hands on massage.
you'll start the class on the floor and will stay there with only little movements until the end. you will hold your poses for 5-8 minutes and be supported by blocks, bolsters and blankets. as your body feels supported, the tension in your joints and muscles will begin to release. while you're guided through your poses, there will be massaging to help deepen the release through your body and mind.
*unscented coconut oil will be used as part of the massage practice (please avoid long sleeves and bring a yoga mat you don’t mind getting coconut oil on)

The second session is Partner Yoga for Adults. Bring along your favourite person - whether it's your partner, best friend, family member, or come alone and we'll buddy you up! This 90 minute lighthearted & enjoyable event is all about building connection, mindfulness and fostering trust. Breathe and move together through a fun partner yoga practice whilst enhancing flexibility, balance, stability & strength. Partner yoga is also great for reducing stress & anxiety. Be prepared to laugh and have fun!! We will also guide you through a partner thai-yoga head massage to end our practice together.
