somatic breathwork community session

this 75-minute guided breathwork session is a space to slow down and reconnect with the body through sensation and expression. using breath, sound, and optional hands-on touch, this practice supports the release of tension and stress while bringing attention to what is happening beneath the surface. we will move through two rhythms of breathing to improve regulation and strengthen the connection between body and mind.

open to all levels, including those new to breathwork. the session will close with time for integration and optional community reflections. 

offered in the marble studio (non-heated). please arrive wearing loose, non-restrictive clothing and with a light stomach. optional journal or writing materials for personal integration. important note: this practice is not suitable during pregnancy in a group setting. more individualized support is required.
